Are there booking fees ?
No, there are no additional booking fees. You will only pay your all inclusive menu.

How long does it take to receive my booking confirmation ?
An average of a couple of hours. If you should make your booking when our offices are closed, please allow some more time.
In any case, money will not be drawn from your account before your booking has been confirmed.

I want to change or cancel my booking 
Your reservation is normally a definitive one. However, you can sometimes change your date according to our terms of sale (see our General Sales Conditions).

Is the online payment secure ? 
Our online payment is secure thanks to Paiement CIC. Your card number never reaches us. We do not store any bank information.

How does a prepaid reservation work ?
1. Book and pay for the restaurant of your choice among 500 Gourmet Restaurants.
2. Receive your voucher within 24 hours, and show it to the restaurant.

How can I pay ? Is it risk free ?
There are 2 ways to pay with Ideal Gourmet:
- online: secure payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- offline: cheque, gift voucher, transfer, fax or phone

How do I access my account ?
You can access « My account » from all our pages, and it allows you to follow up on your order. Enter your e mail and password to access my account.

How can I change my details ?
For obvious security reasons, you cannot change your details online. Please send us an e mail with your full details, and tell us you would like us to change them. Our services will get back to you.

I have lost my user name and password ?
In « My account », you can inform us about this. We will send the necessary information back to you, to the e mail address we have for you. 

How can I create an account ?
An account will be created automatically when you make your first order. Nevertheless, you can create an account by filling in the form here.

I have got no confirmation
A confirmation e mail is automatically sent when you confirm your order. Sometimes these e mails can go directly to your spam box, please check there. You can also reach us at +33 (0)1 45 72 07 14 to make sure we have got your order.

Can I change or cancel my order ?
As soon as we have got your payment, it is impossible to cancel. But you can always change your order under certain conditions, and by paying an administrative fee.

What are the time frames for changing my mind ?
According to article L. 121-20-4-2 in the Consumer Code, this time frame for changing your mind does not apply to hotels, transport, restaurants and leasure activities, foreseen for a specific date.

I am not sure my payment got through
If you go into my account, you can see if your order is confirmed or not. And when the payment is accepted at our end, we always send a confirmation by e mail.

I want to cancel my booking / order
When the invitation is written out to your guest, we cannot accept any changes. If the Invitation is not used, no reimbursement is foreseen
